1. General Agreement

By accessing the nk81 platform and using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between nk81 and the player. If you do not agree to these terms, you may stop using the service.

nk81 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and any changes will be announced on the platform. Continued access to the platform after an amendment is announced will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use this platform, you must meet the following requirements—

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Players under 21 are not permitted to access the platform (21+).

• You may not open more than one account. If duplicate accounts from the same person are found, nk81 reserves the right to close those accounts and forfeit any funds held in them.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

Players must register personally, and all information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date. nk81 reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time.

3.2 Account Security

Players must keep their login details confidential and must not share them with any third party. Players agree to take full responsibility for all activity that occurs on their account.

3.3 Account Verification

nk81 may request a national registration card or other identification documents to verify a player's identity. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified period, withdrawals may be suspended.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

Payment methods accepted on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks, and this applies to all payment methods.

When making a deposit, payments must be made only from a bank account or mobile wallet registered in your own name. Transfers from third-party accounts will be rejected and returned by nk81.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours (MMT). If verification is required, processing may take longer.

nk81 reserves the right to block withdrawals until identity verification is complete or bonus wagering requirements are fully met.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 First Deposit Bonus

nk81 offers a 200% Welcome Bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is bonus amount × 10. This means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example 1 — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks. Before you can withdraw, you must wager 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks.

Example 2 — If you deposit 320,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 620,000 Ks. You must wager 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks before withdrawal is allowed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• The bonus is available once per registered player only.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the period set by nk81 from the date the bonus is received, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Accounts found to have been opened in multiples to split and claim bonuses will be voided, and nk81 reserves the right to recover the funds as a penalty.
• nk81 reserves the right to amend promotion terms and conditions without prior notice.

5.3 VIP & Cashback

nk81 has 5 VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — and players move up based on their play history and wagering volume. Depending on the VIP tier, weekly cashback is available up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond. 6. Fair Play & Prohibited Actions

The nk81 platform prioritizes a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following actions are prohibited—

• Using software bots, automated playing tools, or external scripts
• Strategically reversing bets with the intent to abuse bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
• Intentionally exploiting server errors or in-game bugs
• Threatening, abusing, or deliberately deceiving any person
• Any payment or transaction connected to money laundering

If any of these violations are detected, nk81 reserves the right to close the player's account along with any associated funds and to take action in accordance with applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The website design, trademarks, graphic assets, software, and all content of nk81 are protected under nk81's copyright and intellectual property laws. Players may not copy, distribute, or use these materials without prior authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

nk81 is not liable for indirect losses arising from financial losses related to players, data loss, or decisions made regarding operational finances. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), and nk81 does not predetermine any outcome. Players must agree to take personal responsibility for their own gaming decisions.
